มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏร้อยเอ็ด ลงนาม MOU ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะเด็กปฐมวัย พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตชุมชนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด
วันนี้ (20 พฤศจิกายน 2568) เวลา 08.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุมนายแพทย์สมพร โพธินาม 1 ชั้น 9 อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 80 พรรษา 5 ธันวาคม 2550 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏร้อยเอ็ด จัดพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (Memorandum of Understanding : MOU) ในโครงการ “การส่งเสริมสมรรถนะเด็กปฐมวัยในองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด” เพื่อร่วมกันยกระดับคุณภาพเด็กปฐมวัยและพัฒนาศักยภาพชุมชนท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน
พิธีลงนามได้รับเกียรติจาก นายชัชชาลย์ เบญจสิริวงศ์ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด เป็นประธานในพิธี กล่าวเปิดงาน พร้อมมอบข้อคิดสำคัญเกี่ยวกับการวางรากฐานด้านการศึกษาและการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นในระยะยาว
จากนั้น ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. วิชิต กำมันตะคุณ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏร้อยเอ็ด กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมงานและนำเสนอความเป็นมาของโครงการที่มุ่งเน้นการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษา หน่วยงานรัฐ และองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาที่มีประสิทธิภาพ

• องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโนนสง่า อำเภอปทุมรัตต์ โดย นายคมกริซ พรวิเศษ
• องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบัวแดง อำเภอปทุมรัตต์ โดย นายประทีป พาโคกทม
• เทศบาลตำบลเกาะแก้ว อำเภอเสลภูมิ โดย นายถาวร กองเงินนอก
ภายในงาน Mr. IAN PORTER ได้นำเสนอวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการความร่วมมือ ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัยอย่างรอบด้าน พร้อมตัวแทนองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นร่วมแสดงความยินดีและประกาศเจตนารมณ์ในการพัฒนาชุมชน พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต และสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการท้องถิ่นให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดแก่ประชาชน
การลงนาม MOU ครั้งนี้ถือเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญของความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐ สถาบันการศึกษา และภาคประชาสังคม เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนงานพัฒนาท้องถิ่นจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ดให้เกิดผลอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม นำไปสู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในอนาคต

Roi Et Rajabhat University Signs MOU to Promote Early Childhood Development and Enhance Community Well-being in Roi Et Province
Today (20 November 2025) at 08.30 a.m., Roi Et Rajabhat University held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the project “Enhancing Early Childhood Competency in Local Administrative Organizations of Roi Et Province.” The event took place at Doctor Somporn Photinam Meeting Room 1, 9th Floor, Chalermprakiat 80th Birthday Anniversary Building, Roi Et Rajabhat University.
The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Chatchalay Benjasiriwong, Governor of Roi Et Province, who delivered the opening remarks and emphasized the importance of sustainable development for local communities.
Following the opening ceremony, Asst. Prof. Wichit Khummantakhun, Ed.D. President of Roi Et Rajabhat University, welcomed the attendees and shared the background and objectives of the collaboration, which aims to strengthen cooperation among academic institutions, government sectors, and local administrative organizations for effective community development.

During the event, Mr. IAN PORTER presented the goals and framework of the collaboration, highlighting the importance of comprehensive early childhood development. Representatives from local administrative organizations also shared congratulatory remarks and expressed their commitment to improving community well-being, enhancing local services, and contributing to sustainable development for the people of Roi Et.
This MOU marks a significant milestone in the joint efforts of the government, academic institutions, and civil society. Together, these sectors aim to drive meaningful and sustainable development across Roi Et Province, ensuring long-term benefits for local communities.
