มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏร้อยเอ็ด ลงนามความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับ Universitas Situs Jaya Banten ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย
วันนี้ (21 พฤศจิกายน 2568) เวลา 14.00 น. มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏร้อยเอ็ด ลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (Memorandum of Understanding: MoU) และบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (Memorandum of Action: MoA) ร่วมกับ Universitas Situs Jaya Banten (UNSIJA) ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการระหว่างสองสถาบัน พร้อมขับเคลื่อนการแลกเปลี่ยนบุคลากร การวิจัย และการพัฒนานักศึกษาในระดับนานาชาติ
พิธีลงนามได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิชิต กำมันตะคุณ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏร้อยเอ็ด และ Dr. Hj. Dewi Cahyaningrat, M.H. อธิการบดี Universitas Situs Jaya Banten เป็นผู้ลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงร่วมกัน พร้อมด้วยผู้ร่วมลงนามฝ่ายบริหาร ได้แก่ Dr. Miftahul Rachmat, M.Pd รองอธิการบดี UNSIJA ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธนาภรณ์ พันธ์ทวี รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและการจัดการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต RERU และได้รับเกียรติจาก Prof. Herli Salim, M.Ed., Ph.D. ประธานมูลนิธิและคณะกรรมการกำกับดูแล UNSIJA ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานในพิธี
สาระสำคัญของ MoU และ MoA
ความร่วมมือระหว่างสองสถาบันครอบคลุมกิจกรรมด้านวิชาการหลากหลาย อาทิ
• การแลกเปลี่ยนอาจารย์ บุคลากร และนักศึกษา
• การแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีเพื่อศึกษาดูงานและเข้าร่วมโครงการฝึกอบรม
• การจัดกิจกรรมวิชาการร่วมกัน เช่น e-seminar, e-workshop และการแลกเปลี่ยนรายวิชา
• ความร่วมมือด้านการจัดการวารสารวิชาการ การเป็นบรรณาธิการร่วมและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ
• การทำโครงการบริการวิชาการแก่ชุมชนด้านพัฒนาศักยภาพ ภาษา วัฒนธรรม และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ในด้าน MoA ทั้งสองมหาวิทยาลัยตกลงร่วมดำเนินการความร่วมมือเชิงลึกในสาขา Education, Sports Education, Sports Science และ English Education พร้อมกำหนดให้มีการทบทวนผลการดำเนินงานในแต่ละปี เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ทั้งนี้ ความร่วมมือทั้งหมดมีผลบังคับใช้เป็นระยะเวลา 5 ปี และแต่ละฝ่ายสามารถยกเลิกความร่วมมือได้ด้วยหนังสือแจ้งล่วงหน้า 6 เดือน
Roi Et Rajabhat University Signs Academic Cooperation Agreement with Universitas Situs Jaya Banten, Indonesia
On 21 November 2025 at 14.00 pm. Roi Et Rajabhat University (RERU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and a Memorandum of Action (MoA) with Universitas Situs Jaya Banten (UNSIJA), Indonesia, to strengthen academic collaboration between the two institutions. The partnership aims to promote international academic development through personnel exchange, joint research, and student development at the global level.
The signing ceremony was presided over by Asst. Prof. Wichit Kummantakhun, Ed.D., President of Roi Et Rajabhat University, and Dr. Hj. Dewi Cahyaningrat, M.H., President of UNSIJA. The event also featured administrative co-signatories, including Dr. Miftahul Rachmat, M.Pd, Vice President of UNSIJA, and Asst. Prof. Thanaporn Pantawee, Ph.D. Vice President for Academic Affairs and Lifelong Learning at RERU.
The ceremony was additionally honored by Prof. Herli Salim, M.Ed., Ph.D., Chairperson of the Foundation and Supervisory Board of UNSIJA, who attended as a distinguished witness.
Key Highlights of the MoU and MoA
The cooperation between the two universities encompasses a wide range of academic activities, including:
• Exchange of faculty members, staff, and students
• Undergraduate student exchange programs for study visits and training
• Joint academic activities such as e-seminars, e-workshops, and course-sharing initiatives
• Collaboration in academic journal management, including joint editorial duties and expert review
• Joint community service projects to promote capacity-building, language development, cultural understanding, and related fields
Under the MoA, both universities agreed to implement deeper collaboration in the following academic areas :
• Education
• Sports Education
• Sports Science
• English Education
The partnership includes annual evaluations to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement.
The MoU and MoA will remain in effect for five years, with either party able to terminate the agreement through a written notice submitted six months in advance.
